We are the inventors of the Digital Personnel File and market and innovation leader for cloud software in HR document management. Since 2001, we have been setting new standards for a digital HR department with our vision of fully automating HR processes. Since 2023, we have been driving this vision even further internationally with the support of growth investor Keensight Capital.
With our People-Based HR approach, we give our customers the promise of focusing on their needs and those of their employees. In this way, we create active collaboration between HR, employees and managers, thus relieving the HR department.
