Create efficient HR standard letters
Efficient document generation is an important component of a holistic HR software solution. Project
Flughafen Muenchen GmbH’s (FMG/Munich Airport) cover letters have to be quick to produce and CI-compliant. Not an easy task for the airport operator and its group companies with 200 different letter templates. Today, Munich Airport uses the aconso Document Creation. The work for maintenance has been reduced substantially through the central template management.
Error-free documents
Not only the document templates, but also all employee letters at Munich Airport are now created within the shortest possible time thanks to the HR software solution. These are also available as standard letters at the touch of a button. The program receives all employee master data required for the letter directly from SAP and thus generates the documents from the HR department automatically and faultless.
HR documents with automated letter creation:
- Maternity leave
- Working hour agreements
- Work confirmation and bonus letters
- Works council hearing form
HR Document Creation installed rapidly
The new program generates the majority of the HR cover letters from the SAP context. Other documents are, on the other hand, created directly from the Digital Personnel File of aconso. The personnel master data required for the document are available up-to-date. Based on the already installed Digital Personnel File, the Document Creation was also soon implemented as an additional component at the airport company.
Johannes Huber, IT coordinator for the Corporate Services unit acting as Shared Service Centre in the group, has been satisfied with the use of the aconso Digital Personnel File since 2008.
“Therefore, it appears to be a perfectly logical second step for us to introduce the DMS solution for the automatic Document Creation.”
